We are seeking highly motivated, "hungry" Sales Executives to drive revenue growth for our flagship ERP products. You will handle the early stages of the sales cycle from aggressive prospecting and lead generation to product demos and closing deals. This role requires a professional who is comfortable navigating the healthcare and education sectors to connect with C-suite stakeholders and institutional heads.
What You'll Sell:
- Hospisys (Healthcare ERP): Comprehensive modules for IPD/OPD management, pharmacy, labs, and hospital administration.
- Edminium (Education ERP): End-to-end management for medical colleges and large-scale academic institutions.
- Specialized HRMS: Human resource management tailored for large institutional workforces.
- Custom Software Solutions: Targeted technology interventions for high-stakes institutional operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, field visits, and industry events.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact demos of our ERP solutions (Hospisys/Edminium) to hospital administrators and college directors.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales funnel from initial contact to procurement and closure.
- Client Relations: Map client needs and work with the technical team to provide tailored solution proposals.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain daily hygiene in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) to forecast sales and track conversion metrics.
- Field Engagement: Travel locally and domestically to represent ZIS at networking events and client sites.
