Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Sales & Automated Lead Generation Specialist who can design, implement, and optimize automated lead generation systems while driving sales growth for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise with technical knowledge of CRM platforms, automation tools, outbound prospecting, and digital marketing funnels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Automation
- Build and manage automated lead generation systems across multiple channels.
- Identify and source target prospects using databases, LinkedIn, directories, and lead generation tools.
- Develop automated outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other channels.
- Set up lead nurturing workflows and follow-up automation.
- Integrate lead generation tools with CRM systems.
- Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize automation workflows to improve ROI.Sales & Business Development
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations.
- Generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.CRM & Technology Management
- Configure and maintain CRM systems.
- Build lead scoring and segmentation models.
- Create dashboards and sales performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Implement integrations between marketing and sales tools.Required Skills & ExperienceSales Skills
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency services.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing full sales cycles.Technical Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as:
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Zoho CRM
- Knowledge of email outreach, LinkedIn automation, and lead enrichment tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking.Experience with automation tools such as:

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
