About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Assist customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.

1. Support the sales team in lead management and order coordination.

1. Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and service requests.

1. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

1. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

1. Support day-to-day concierge and customer support operations.
