The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, present products and services, answer inquiries, and support clients throughout the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups via calls, in-person meetings, and emails, and maintaining accurate records in sales trackers or CRM tools. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation, as well as supporting negotiations and closing deals under the guidance of senior sales staff. The Sales Associate will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing support.
- Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple prospects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Customer-focused mindset, with active listening skills and a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Haridwar and travel locally for client meetings as required.
- Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or customer service is an advantage, especially in infrastructure, construction, or related sectors.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
