Sales Associate, DS Bengaluru, Direct Sales Team
Amazon
As a Direct Sales Associate, you are the engine behind Amazon's seller growth story. You identify, recruit, and launch high-potential businesses onto the Amazon marketplace — then partner with them to unlock their full revenue potential. From that first cold call to a seller's first sale (and beyond), you own the journey.
What makes this role exciting:
- You're a builder – You don't just fill a pipeline; you create thriving businesses from scratch. Every seller you launch adds selection, sharpens pricing, and delights customers.
- You're a strategist – You advise companies on catalogue optimization, FBA adoption, deals strategy, and growth levers that move the needle on Gross Merchandise Sales.
- You're a closer – You handle objections, push for commitment, and turn a "maybe" into a launched storefront generating real revenue.
- You're a partner – Post-launch, you stay in the trenches with your sellers for up to 12 months — coaching, optimizing, and scaling their success.
