Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven, well-networked individual to build and manage AGASHE Perfumery's distribution ecosystem — placing our fragrances in the right retail, online, and experiential touchpoints, and owning the numbers behind every placement. Key ResponsibilitiesDistribution & Retail PlacementIdentify, pitch, and onboard new stockists — boutiques, concept stores, lifestyle stores, spa and wellness outlets, hotels, and airport retailNegotiate shelf space, consignment terms, and display agreements with retail partnersExplore and execute kiosk and pop-up opportunities in high-footfall locations (malls, markets, airports, cultural events)Manage relationships with existing stockists (Taj Khazana, Shuffling Suitcase, Tifara, Vanity Chandigarh, Eclat, and others as the network grows)Online Channel DevelopmentOnboard AGASHE on relevant e-commerce platforms and premium marketplaces (Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon Luxury Beauty, brand website, etc.)Coordinate with the brand team on listings, content, and launch logistics for each platformLiaise with platform account managers to secure visibility, promotions, and category featuresSales Tracking & ReportingMonitor sell-through at each stockist and online channel on a regular cadenceMaintain a live distribution tracker covering placement status, inventory levels, reorder triggers, and performance by accountPrepare monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations for the founderBrand RepresentationRepresent AGASHE at trade shows, buyer meets, and industry eventsIdentify and pursue institutional sales opportunities — gifting, corporate, hospitality Qualifications2–4 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development — preferably in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or lifestyleExisting relationships with buyers, store owners, or platform managers is a strong advantageStrong communicator — confident in pitching, negotiating, and following upOrganised and data-oriented — comfortable maintaining trackers and owning numbersA genuine appreciation for luxury and brand — AGASHE is not a mass product, and the person in this role must understand that instinctivelyBased in Delhi-NCR; travel within India as required
