About the RoleWe're looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who leads with creativity. This is not a by-the-numbers marketing role we want someone who thinks differently about content, has a genuine curiosity for technology, and can translate complex AI and IT concepts into compelling narratives. You'll work across sales support and marketing execution, reporting directly to the Growth & Partnerships Manager.If you find yourself equally at home writing a sharp LinkedIn post and poking around a CRM, this is for you. What You're Like
- Creativity is your default setting. You don't wait to be told what to make you have ideas and you execute them
- Technical literacy is non-negotiable. You understand how software products work, follow developments in AI and SaaS, and can hold your own in a conversation about technology even if you've never written a line of code. Candidates without a demonstrated interest in or understanding of tech will not be considered for this role
- You find tech genuinely interesting the kind of person who reads about AI agents, LLMs, or enterprise software for fun
- You can switch gears between writing a punchy social post and cleaning up a prospect list without losing momentum
What You'll DoContent Creation (Primary Focus)
- Create original content for LinkedIn posts, carousels, short-form copy that doesn't sound like every other B2B company
- Design and assemble quarterly newsletters that people actually want to read
- Develop industry-specific decks and pitch collateral across different verticals
- Conduct keyword and SEO research to identify blog topics then brief or write them
