Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Network Digitization & Delivery Optimization
- System Transformation: Audit our current physical delivery network for milk and ghee and lead the transition to a digitized system (via CRM tools, delivery apps, or structured WhatsApp Business APIs) to track daily customer subscriptions, drops, and route efficiencies.
- Customer Visibility: Build a transparent tracking pipeline so ownership has full visibility into daily sales data, active subscription pauses, and customer lifetime value across key neighborhoods like Vesu and Adajan.2. Aggressive Ground-Level & Offline Marketing
- Door-to-Door & Society Campaigns: Design and lead highly targeted, high-impact door-to-door marketing campaigns in premium residential high-rises. Organize morning sampling drives (e.g., fresh A2 milk or Masala Chhas tasting) to convert premium households directly.
- Community Partnership: Establish relationships with high-rise society committees, fitness centers, and organic stores to run exclusive pop-ups or weekend kiosks.3. Product Design & Brand Positioning Insights
- Packaging & Unboxing Design: Collaborate with ownership on product design, ensuring that our jars, labels, unboxing bags, and typography instantly communicate a "luxury, small-batch health supplement" aesthetic rather than standard commercial dairy.
- Market Intelligence: Bring continuous feedback from the ground to the production team regarding taste preferences, ideal bottle sizes (e.g., anchoring 500ml vs. 1L jars), and pricing sweet spots.4. New Product Launches & Digital Marketing
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Conceptualize and execute launch campaigns for our existing cultured A2 Ghee and future product expansions (such as premium curd, flavored chhas, or paneer).
- Hyper-Local Digital Campaigns: Manage low-cost, high-return hyper-local digital marketing, utilizing highly visual WhatsApp Broadcast strategies, community-specific Facebook groups, and Instagram content that highlights our clean, farm-to-table curd-culturing process.Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG, premium food startup, organic D2C brand, or subscription-based dairy sectors.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with or deploying basic logistics/CRM software, subscription management tools, or automated WhatsApp marketing suites.
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Surat's premium residential geography (especially the West Zone/Vesu/Adajan markets) and the ability to communicate fluently in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Hustle Mentality: A field-first marketer who loves interacting with customers face-to-face, organizing community events, and driving physical sales, rather than just managing digital ads from a desk.
