About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
A. Customer Engagement (The Pitch)
- On-the-Ground Interaction: Initiate direct conversations with residents, premium apartment owners, and corporate representatives to understand their urban gardening needs.
- Consultative Selling: Introduce Flitzy's subscription care models and curated plant packages, matching the right green solutions to the right spaces.
- Relationship Building: Act as the face of the brand, maintaining warm connections to drive word-of-mouth referrals.
B. Event Management (The Hustle)
- Setup & Execution: Plan and organize pop-up kiosks, weekend plant stalls, and promotional setups inside residential societies or tech parks.
- Crowd Activation: Design engaging activities or mini-showcases at the booth to draw foot traffic and get people talking about Flitzy.
C. Brand Awareness (The Buzz)
- Community Education: Educate people on the benefits of professional plant care, introducing unique concepts like Flitzy's Plant Creche and specialized subscription maintenance.
- Local Visibility: Distribute curated flyers, combo sheets, and visual marketing materials to maximize local neighborhood visibility.
D. Sales & Conversion (The Reward)
- Lead Generation: Actively build a pipeline of interested leads and follow up to seal the deal.
- Close & Onboard: Convert conversations into active monthly maintenance subscriptions or product combo sales, directly driving your own uncapped incentive earnings.
