About the Role
You will be responsible for engaging with inbound and outbound leads, supporting client acquisition, and ensuring smooth onboarding of users onto the Kamero platform. This role combines sales, communication, and basic customer support in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with incoming leads generated through Instagram, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients such as photographers, schools, corporate event planners, and other target segments.
- Follow up with leads to explain Kamero's platform, share pricing details, and support onboarding.
- Handle basic customer support queries related to payments, subscriptions, and platform usage.
- Maintain sales trackers and internal reports to monitor progress and performance.
