We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our sales team and help us bridge the gap between sales execution and process efficiency. You'll get hands-on exposure to both core sales activities and the automation tools that make a sales team run smoothly a great fit if you're interested in sales operations, CRM systems, or no-code automation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Identify, research, and qualify new sales leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Support the sales team with pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and proposal coordination.
- Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho) to ensure clean, accurate data.
- Map existing manual sales and business workflows, and identify where automation can save time.
- Build and test simple automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Power Automate.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for newly automated processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, ops, finance) to streamline handoffs like order processing, invoicing, or client onboarding.
