Make outbound calls to all students who enquire about SSB courses via website forms, email, WhatsApp, social media DMs, ad leads, magazine downloads, or referrals.
Conduct structured counselling conversations: understand the aspirant's profile, current stage of preparation, target entry, and concerns.
Convert enquiries into enrolments through confident, consultative selling.
Execute timely follow-up sequences (call WhatsApp email) to nurture warm leads until closure.
Escalate complex cases to the Director (Operations) with a full brief, ensuring a seamless handover.
B. Student Registrations and Academic Coordination:
Own the end-to-end registration process: admission forms, fee collection confirmation, batch allocation, and welcome kit dispatch.
Coordinate with instructors to communicate batch schedules, class links (Zoom/Google Meet), timetable changes, and assessment dates.
Be the primary point of contact for enrolled students for administrative queries such as class access, rescheduling, and payment receipts.
Collect and organise post-course testimonials (text, WhatsApp voice notes, and video) for use in marketing material.
Maintain student records and batch trackers in Google Sheets/CRM.
C. Lead Management and Lead Sheet Creation/ Lead input and tracking through CRM:
Monitor and triage incoming leads from all platforms in real time: website, Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, Justdial, referrals, and organic DMs.

Create and maintain a structured lead sheet/CRM with fields: name, contact, source, entry type, stage (New/Contacted/Interested/Follow-Up/Enrolled/Lost), last-touch date, and notes.
Assign leads to self or junior team members and ensure SLA compliance (first contact within 2 hours of lead receipt).
Prepare weekly lead pipeline reports highlighting conversion rates, drop-off stages, and source-wise ROI.
Identify and flag underperforming lead sources to the Director (Operations) with data-backed recommendations.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, educational counselling, or a growth/marketing role.
Demonstrated ability to close sales over phone/WhatsApp — confident, consultative communicator.
Strong command of English (written and spoken) — mandatory; Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel for lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and data management.
Working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X as business/brand channels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines without losing attention to detail.
Genuine interest in, or personal connection with, the Indian Armed Forces/defence-aspirant community.
Prior experience coordinating a small content/social media team.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline — business, marketing, mass communication, or related fields preferred.
