Role Overview:We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to oversee client accounts, manage sales execution, support SDR teams, and ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales pipeline. This role combines account management, sales operations, CRM administration, client communication, and revenue tracking responsibilities. You will act as the primary coordinator between clients, SDRs, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
- Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from prospect engagement to meeting completion.
- Coordinate and support SDR teams in achieving campaign objectives.
- Monitor pipeline progression and ensure opportunities move through each stage effectively.
- Ensure meetings are scheduled, tracked, and successfully completed.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and oversee data quality across client accounts.
- Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to improve outreach performance and conversion rates.
- Manage revenue operations processes and sales workflows.
- Support onboarding and campaign setup for new client accounts.
- Ensure all sales activities, communications, and milestones are documented properly.
