Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and scalability of SaaS products and business operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Contribute to product strategy, feature prioritization, pricing, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Improve operational processes that support business growth.
- Analyze customer behavior, product adoption, retention, churn, and revenue metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve customer experience and business performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to align product and business goals.
