You would be working with senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:
Business problem assessment: Interact with client stakeholders to understand their problems, define a problem statement, understand the scope of the engagement, and drive projects to deliver value to the client
Analysis: Understand the technology costs and do a deep dive within individual cost items. Analyze the cost profile through multiple lenses such as business lens, technology lens, etc.
Deliver Value: Guide your team to suggest the right solutions to meet the needs of clients and help draw up practical implementation road maps that position them for long-term success
Understand and deploy the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement
Ensure Continued Success: Mentor junior members of the team and groom them for more responsibility; contribute towards developing assets and accelerators to improve the Tech ROI offering, and support GTM activities and business development workBring your best skills forward to excel in the role:
3-4 years of relevant experience in excel modeling, pivots, macros, statistical analysis of large datasets, data interpretation skills, creating sharp narratives out of data and outstanding story telling skills for content creation is slides.
Understanding of multiple technology cost areas such as Technology Cost components, IT Budget forecasting, IT Chargeback process, Cloud Financial Management, IT Value realization, AI Value Management, IT Org sizing, Preferred experience in IT strategy, Sourcing & workforce strategy

3-4 Years of relevant experience in Tech Cost & Debt Reduction, Financial Analysis of Organization’s Technology Business, Value Office Strategy, Digital Strategy Formulation, People & Sourcing Optimization.
Able to create CXO narrative, core consulting skills, Leadership values, stakeholder management skills and team handling capability.
Experience of creating business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation
Quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement
Advanced presentation, public speaking skills and ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions
Ability to manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals
Advanced number crunching on Excel or dashboards / reports on Power BI
Create expert content and take part in professional forums
Maximize capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
