The role will be responsible for shaping business and technology strategy, defining enterprise and domain architecture, and leading the design of future-state operating models and solution landscapes aligned with regulatory, operational, and customer objectives.This role requires a strong combination of financial services domain expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on architecture leadership to support complex programs spanning payments, core banking, channels, data, regulatory reporting, customer communication, and digital modernization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy/Architecture

• Define enterprise architecture vision aligned to business and growth strategy.
• Identify capability gaps and opportunities for digitization, automation, and modernization.
• Design future-state business capability models and target architecture.
• Lead modernization of banking, capital markets and insurance platforms.
• Design overall architecture for modernization initiatives (core banking, wealth payments, lending, digitization underwriting, claims etc.).
