Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Ingenium online and batch applications across the policy lifecycle

• Work hands‑on with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 / SQL in mainframe and distributed environments

• Support Ingenium upgrades and Pathfinder initiatives, including impact analysis, remediation, testing, and stabilization

• Perform defect analysis, debugging, root‑cause analysis, and production support

• Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant solutions aligned with DXC standards

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and CoE enablement activities

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Ingenium Policy Administration System (online & batch)

• Solid life insurance domain knowledge

• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2/SQL, Scripting languages

• Exposure to Pathfinder upgrades or Ingenium modernization is an added advantage
