About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective students through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and other outreach channels to drive enrollments.
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend the most suitable ShikshaVertex programs to meet their goals.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into enrollments while consistently achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with students, colleges, universities, and strategic partners to maximize business opportunities.

Other requirements
- Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, telesales, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel for college visits, events, and business meetings, if required.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
