Key Responsibilities Build and execute lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, re-engagement, win-back) using CleverTap across push notifications, in-app messages, email, and SMS. Segment user cohorts based on behaviour, activity stage, and product usage to deliver targeted, personalised communication. Set up automated journeys and drip workflows in CleverTap / MoEngage to trigger contextual nudges at the right moment. Monitor campaign KPIs open rates, click rates, conversion rates, DAU/MAU, churn rate and prepare regular performance reports. Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, send time, and channel mix to continuously improve engagement and retention metrics. Collaborate with the product and data teams to identify drop-off points in the user funnel and design campaigns that address them. Work with the content and design team to brief and deliver campaign assets (banners, copy, emailers) aligned to brand guidelines. Coordinate with the analytics team to track attribution, measure campaign ROI, and build dashboards for visibility. Support growth experiments such as referral programmes, loyalty nudges, feature adoption campaigns, and SIP/investment reminders. Stay updated on retention marketing best practices, SEBI communication guidelines, and platform (CleverTap/MoEngage) feature updates. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 25 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing Hands-on familiarity with CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or any comparable marketing automation / engagement platform. Understanding of lifecycle stages acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement and how campaigns differ at each stage. Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, cohort tracking, and campaign reporting. Strong analytical mindset comfortable reading engagement metrics and translating them into actionable next steps. Good written communication for crafting push notification copy, email subject lines, and in-app messages. Curiosity about fintech, capital markets, and personal investing is a strong plus. Good to Have Experience setting up event-based triggers, user segments, or journeys in CleverTap or MoEngage. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Firebase for funnel and cohort analysis. Understanding of push notification best practices timing, frequency capping, personalisation tokens. Awareness of SEBI regulations governing communication of financial products and services. Exposure to email deliverability concepts (SPF, DKIM, sender reputation).
