Retention & CRM Executive1-4 years experienceMumbai THE ROLEExecute daily CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys across email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp to drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention. You will own campaign execution end-to-end and track weekly and monthly retention cohort performance (M1, M2+) to surface what's working and what's not. WHAT YOU'LL DO Campaign Execution Set up and launch daily CRM campaigns across channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp) on WebEngage and KwikEngage. Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys welcome, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, and more. QA all campaigns before launch: segment accuracy, copy, links, and rendering across devices. Coordinate with the creative team to get campaign assets on time. Retention Analytics & Reporting Track and report weekly campaign performance: open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue attributed. Monitor monthly retention cohorts (M1, M2+) flag drops, identify patterns, and share actionable insights. Maintain a campaign calendar and performance log; present a consolidated weekly report to the team. Optimisation Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and segments; apply learnings to future campaigns. Identify gaps in the customer journey and propose new touchpoints to improve retention. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMust-Haves 14 years of hands-on CRM or retention marketing experience in a D2C or e-commerce brand. Working knowledge of WebEngage or KwikEngage (or similar tools MoEngage, CleverTap). Comfortable building segments, journeys, and campaigns independently. Data-oriented can read cohort tables, campaign reports, and extract clear insights. Good attention to detail; QAs their own work before sending. Good to Have Familiarity with retention metrics: repeat rate, LTV, M1/M2 cohort analysis. Basic understanding of HTML for email formatting.
