Key Responsibilities* Achieve secondary sales targets for the assigned territory* Manage 23 distributors and 23 DSMs* Handle 750+ retail outlets across 1218 beats* Drive range selling and large SKU portfolio penetration* Ensure outlet expansion, visibility, merchandising, and new outlet activation* Monitor distributor performance, stock availability, and market credit* Execute territory plans as per PJP (Permanent Journey Plan)* Track competitor activities and market opportunities* Drive distribution width, depth, and outlet productivity Must Have* 45+ years of FMCG sales experience* Minimum 2+ years as Sales Officer* Handling 750+ retail outlets* Managing 23 distributors* Handling 1218 beats with 40+ outlets per beat* Managing 23 DSMs* Experience in secondary volume achievement* Strong ambition, ownership, and growth mindset.
