Key responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable jewellery.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and professional communication.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, materials, and care instructions with confidence.
- Handle billing, packaging, and customer queries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and overall store presentation in line with brand standards.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, product tagging, and daily store operations.
- Follow up with customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
- Represent PICHOLA at exhibitions, pop-up events, and promotional activities across India, whenever required.
- Maintain excellent grooming, punctuality, and professionalism while upholding the values of a premium luxury brand.
