Previous experience at an agency or client-side. You are motivated, keen to learn, and passionate about making a difference. We value a data geek who transforms numbers into compelling narratives and tangible outcomes. While perfection is not mandatory, we are looking for someone committed to continuous improvement and growth. Responsibilities Manage and optimise retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon)Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgetsIndependently completing BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimising, and reportingSupport the creation of professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insightsInterface with clients through written, phone, and in person communicationCollaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals & objectivesStay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices Knowledge & Experience Requirements 1 year of experience working in retail media, preferably in an agency settingSoft skills familiar with agency, attention to detail, and Excel/Google Sheets experience.
