About the RoleWe are hiring a Restaurant Operations Coordinator to join our core operations team and own the day-to-day execution of restaurant partnerships.This is a fully remote role, supporting U.S. operations and working primarily during U.S. business hours. You will sit at the intersection of restaurant coordination, quality control, and live operations, ensuring that every meal meets Club Feasts standards before it reaches the client.This role goes beyond coordination. Youll be responsible for anticipating issues, managing real-time adjustments, and maintaining strong restaurant relationships that directly impact service quality and customer satisfaction.Youll work closely with Operations leadership, Shift Managers, Dispatch, and Account Management.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong operational judgment, and wants real ownership in a scaled, venture-backed company.
What Youll DoDaily Restaurant Operations & Execution
- Coordinate daily order execution with restaurant partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for same-day restaurant issues and adjustments
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately, on time, and according to quality standards
Quality Control & Standards
- Monitor food quality, packaging, temperature, and presentation
- Flag and resolve quality issues before orders go out
- Enforce Club Feast standards consistently across restaurant partners
Future Order Planning & Forecasting
- Support planning and execution of future orders
- Collaborate on forecasting demand and aligning restaurant capacity
- Help ensure menus and offerings match client needs
