About the job
Key responsibilities
- Take and maintain the daily attendance of students during the evening.
- Oversee hostel maintenance, including housekeeping, cleanliness, and upkeep of the premises.
- Conduct regular rounds to inspect students' rooms and ensure discipline and proper maintenance.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and other general maintenance work.
- Manage student permissions and obtain parent consent whenever required.
- Maintain hostel records, including the stock book, admission register, student details, and other administrative records.
