This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a hospitalitv brand known for delivering bespoke experiences in the Himalayas

Responsibilities

Manage guest inquiries and reservation requests for Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie, ensuring a seamless and personalised booking experience. Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages with a focus on maximising occupancy and revenue. Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards. Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences. Keep accurate reservation and sales records and maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings-from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities Lead the reservation and sales team serving bookings for other client hotels Monitor and analyse sales, promoting new strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering growth and consistent service excellence

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality tourism, or business preferred, 1-2 years' experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations. Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities a must. Willingness to work flexible hours
