We are looking for Research Coordinator Interns who will oversee and coordinate a team of 25 research interns working on campaign-based storytelling projects. The role involves managing research workflows, tracking participant outreach, maintaining data accuracy, verifying stories, and ensuring smooth coordination between the research team and campaign stakeholders.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of 20-25 research interns.
Track outreach progress and ensure research targets are achieved within timelines.
Review collected information and assist in verifying participant stories.
Maintain organized databases, trackers, and research documentation.
Follow up with researchers and participants to collect missing information.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all research records.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the leadership team.
Identify and escalate discrepancies, unverifiable information, or research challenges.
Collaborate with campaign, content, and operations teams to support project requirements.
Maintain quality standards throughout the research process.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and online research tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.
Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals and managing large volumes of data.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Must have a personal laptop.
Prior internship experience in research, content, journalism, community outreach, or operations.
Interest in storytelling, creator campaigns, and social impact initiatives.
