As we scale our operations and introduce next-generation product lines, we are seeking a highly capable, execution-focused R&D Engineer (Hardware & Embedded Systems). This critical role bridges the gap between hardware engineering, industrial communication protocols, supply chain streamlining, and production-floor implementation. Position Overview

• Travel Requirements: Up to 10% (For vendor audits, component sourcing, or field testing)

Core Responsibilities1. Hardware Design, Testing & Protocols

• Design and develop industrial-grade multi-layer PCBs optimizing for thermal performance, signal integrity, and footprint.
• Integrate and implement crucial industrial communication interfaces: 4-20mA current loops, RS485 (Modbus), Ethernet, and HART Communication.
• Conduct extensive bench testing, debugging, and environmental validation of prototypes to ensure long-term stability and reliability.2. Research, Innovation & Reverse Engineering
• Drive end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) for innovative flowmeters, level transmitters, and sensors.
• Analyze and reverse-engineer market solutions to discover optimization pathways, manage component obsolescence, and elevate product features.3. Procurement & Vendor Streamlining
• Collaborate with domestic and international vendors to source specialized electronic components, sensors, and raw materials.
• Streamline procurement workflows for proto-typing and initial batch production, identifying reliable backup vendors to de-risk the supply chain.
• Evaluate component lifecycles to ensure manufacturing scalability and cost-efficiency.4. Production Supervision & Team Training
• Supervise the initial pilot assembly runs for all new product launches on the shop floor.
• Conduct training sessions for production engineers and line workers on calibration software, specialized testing jigs, and product assembly guidelines.5. ISO Documentation (QMS Compliance)
