Selion Global is a partner-led executive search and leadership advisory firm with partner offices internationally. We advise boards, founders, and senior leaders on the appointments and leadership transitions that shape long-term direction. We are seeking a Research Analyst to work fully remotely as the analytical engine of our search and advisory practice. Working closely with the firm's leadership, you will build the market intelligence on which our mandates and our business development depend, mapping sectors, organisations, and leaders with rigour and precision. The role involvesMapping sectors, organisations, and talent pools to inform live mandates and the firm's business developmentIdentifying and profiling potential candidates through structured research and open-source intelligenceBuilding and maintaining target lists, organisation charts, and sector mapsProducing clear, well-written research summaries and briefing notesSafeguarding the accuracy and integrity of data What mattersDirect research experience in executive search, or in market intelligence within consulting or professional services. This is essential.Strong analytical ability and genuine intellectual curiosityExcellent written English, with the discipline to distil complex information clearlyFluency with research tools, databases, AI-enabled search, and structured workflowsPrecision, discretion, and the self-sufficiency to work independently to a high standard What we offerA fully remote role, available on a part-time basis initially.
