Research Analyst

About the internship

Trade Brains is looking for a highly motivated research analyst intern with a strong interest in equity research and financial markets. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with the research team, analyze companies and industries, and contribute to the development of investment insights and research-driven recommendations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Support the analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

1. Assist in evaluating a company's financial health, profitability, operational performance, and growth potential.

1. Conduct industry and sector research to assess market dynamics, competitive landscapes, emerging trends, and associated risks.

1. Gather, organize, and analyze financial and market-related data to support investment research and decision-making.

1. Contribute to the preparation of research reports, investment recommendations, valuation models, and investment theses.

1. Monitor quarterly earnings, corporate announcements, regulatory developments, and industry-specific news relevant to assigned companies and sectors.

1. Support the research team in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities.
