Bio Trend Energy Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Research Intern for Jharsuguda, Odisha. As a Research Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to the advancement of sustainable farming practices.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct field visits to farms and project sites across Jharsuguda.

1. Collect primary data through farmer surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.

1. Assist in crop monitoring, soil assessment, and agricultural field trials.

Gather information on farming practices, crop yields, input usage, and challenges faced by farmers.

1. Support data entry, cleaning, validation, and analysis using MS Excel and other tools.

1. Prepare field reports, case studies, and research summaries.

Coordinate with local farmers, FPOs, government officials, and other stakeholders.

1. Assist in documenting project activities and maintaining research records.

1. Support literature reviews and secondary research on agriculture, climate-smart farming, biochar, soil health, and related topics.

1. Participate in awareness programs, demonstrations, and farmer training activities.
