Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive for solar structures, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for solar mounting solutions, conducting market outreach, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The Sales & Marketing Executive will build and maintain relationships with EPCs, developers, distributors, and industrial clients, prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, and coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations. The position includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, participating in industry events and exhibitions, and supporting digital and offline promotional activities to strengthen brand presence. The role also requires maintaining an updated sales pipeline, preparing regular reports, tracking competitor activities, and providing market feedback to inform product and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong market-focused skills, including Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze industry trends and identify high-potential segments.
- Proven Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in B2B or industrial sales, ideally in solar, renewable energy, or related engineering products.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to understand basic technical drawings and specifications for solar structures, with strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
