Key Responsibilities
A. Client Communication
- Respond to client queries via email and phone in a timely and structured manner.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of RMC/client companies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Prepare itineraries in coordination with vendors.
- Schedule appointments with schools, hospitals, clubs, etc., for clients.
- Monitor, track, and report program progress until closure.
- Follow up regularly with clients and vendors via calls and emails.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Maintain internal MIS and trackers.
B. Mobility Operations (Program Execution)
- Execute end-to-end relocation services, including policy counseling, move management, city orientation, home search, school search assistance, temporary accommodation, immigration, and household goods transportation.
- Ensure service delivery as per the IOS service policy and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with RMC/client policies and processes.
- Act as the point of escalation and resolve operational issues.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for day-to-day operations, coordinating with the IOS team and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Achieve operational targets and contribute to cost optimization and revenue improvement.
