Women are already co-owners in more than 60% of our home loan applications. We therefore believe women professionals play a critical role in building trust with customers, strengthening community relationships, and supporting families through their homeownership journey. We are looking for women candidates with 0-3 years of experience in sales, financial services, housing finance, LAP, insurance, microfinance, or customer relationship management to join us across multiple locations in India. The housing finance relationship manager is a relationship-driven field role focused on helping families access affordable home loans responsibly and confidently. This is not only a sales role. It is a community-facing advisory role.

Key Responsibilities

A. Business development and customer engagement:

1. Source home loan business through local networks, connectors, builders, DSAs, brokers, open market channels, and community referral ecosystems such as beauty parlours, tuition centers, pre-schools, cr ches, women entrepreneur networks, and local businesses

1. Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

1. Meet prospective customers, explain housing finance products, verify documents, and support loan processing

1. Coordinate internally with credit and operations teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursement
