Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand HQ teams, retailers, service centers, and promoters. Act as the primary point of contact to address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure ongoing support to achieve sales targets.
- Training: Design and deliver effective training programs for retail owners, service staff, and promoters, ensuring they are well-equipped to understand and communicate the features and benefits of Device Protection Plans.
- Digital engagement: Engage stakeholders via WhatsApp, email, and calls to share updates, provide support, and drive awareness. Leverage digital tools to generate leads and enhance engagement.
- Promoter & retail engagement: Work closely with promoters and shop owners to build product visibility and mindshare. Plan and execute promotional activities and events to boost offline sales.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, trainings, and stakeholder interactions. Provide regular reports with insights on performance, market trends, and improvement opportunities.
