Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Role will be front face to the end customer, handling all kind of technical queries related to Chargers or related to support required related to installations.
- Customer handling – role will be more of consultant immediate solution provider looking at the needs of the customer.
- Should be able to deal with RWAs DISCOM in handling queries related to approvals, product and installation safeties.
- Co ordination with Sales & Service team at AD & Powerol Dealership, Sales & Service team at AO / RO / ZO level of AD & Powerol s
- DMS Monitoring, Service calls in DMS and co ordinate with field team on activation of services like Site Survey, Installation and Commissioning.
- Strengthen service systems and processes at Powerol Dealers
- Guide / Support / Educate Sales team at AD dealerships & Customers on understanding Charger Installation process and ground work required at site.
- Technical support to Powerol field team on the Ground working required at site.
- Support / guide customers on getting DISCOM / Society approvals
- Liasoning with DISCOM / Municipal authorities for resolving on site challenges where ever needed.
- Addressing field issues remotely as well physical involvement at site
- Ensure availability of Technical information / literature / Technical Service Bulletins for all the products. Provide periodic updates to field team.
