Entry-level role supporting first line of defense operations across risk event management, compliance monitoring, and documentation activities and reporting.
Control Testing involves evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls within an organization. This process checks whether controls are working as intended to prevent errors, fraud, and ensure compliance with regulations. The goal is to identify weaknesses and improve the reliability of financial reporting, operational & ITGC processes to ensure audit readiness. Conduct testing tasks within Agile models and integration processes and manage development sprints. What are we looking for? Qualification: Graduate "• Basic risk management awareness
- Documentation and data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with IT and Automation would be added advantage
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, as necessary, to meet monthly and quarterly deliverable deadlines and to provide extended-hour customer service support"
