Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate excellent clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote clinical support to Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care Homes by reviewing resident information and assisting with clinical decision-making processes within agreed protocols.
- Review resident assessments and support the development and maintenance of person-centred care plans, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date and reflective of residents' needs.
- Conduct remote audits of care records, risk assessments, clinical documentation and medication records, identifying areas for improvement and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Monitor clinical information, incidents, accidents, infections, falls and other resident outcomes, supporting homes with follow-up actions and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic records, ensuring all reviews, recommendations and actions are documented in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise remotely with Home Managers, Clinical Leads, Nurses and other healthcare professionals to support effective resident care and continuity of service.
- Support the review of medication administration records (MARs), medication incidents and clinical trends, escalating concerns to the appropriate clinical teams.
- Assist with clinical governance activities, including audits, compliance monitoring, action plan tracking and preparation for regulatory inspections.
