The Regional Head, Sales Excellence & Steering (RSES) is the senior executive accountable for operationalizing the global Sales Excellence & Steering strategy across the region. This leader oversees a large multi-country organization, ensuring that global standards become consistent, effective, and sustainable regional operating practices.
Strategic Execution & Operating Model Alignment
Translate global Sales Excellence & Steering strategy into regional execution plans and governance routines.
Implement a verticalized operating model across customer/industry segments.
Ensure adherence to global process, governance, compliance, and performance standards.
Serve as executive owner of commercial governance: pipeline/forecast reviews, deal boards, QBRs.
Improve data quality to enable reporting, analytics, automation, and AI driven insights.-driven insights.
Partner with the Global CRM team on enhancements and regional change management.
Implementation & Delivery Excellence
Oversee the regional implementation/PMO function to ensure on time, high quality delivery of new business and partner integrations.-time, high-quality delivery of new business and partner integrations.
Maintain rigorous delivery governance, readiness criteria, and risk escalation paths.

Institutionalize reusable assets, playbooks, and continuous improvement practices.
Sales Enablement & Support Leadership
