Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, managing relationships and

Design Excellence:
Oversee the creation of innovative and functional architectural designs that enhance the company's
reputation and meet market demands.
Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, construction, and project management, to
ensure seamless integration of architectural designs.
Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
effectively.
Innovation and Trends:
Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in architecture.
Integrate new ideas and cutting-edge technologies into design processes to maintain a competitive
edge in the market.
Budget and Resource Management:
Oversee design budgets, manage resource allocation, and implement cost-control measures to ensure
financial efficiency.
Develop and manage design-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with project
requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all designs adhere to local and international building codes, zoning regulations, and industry
standards.
Address any regulatory issues that arise during the design and approval process.
In addition, the incumbent will play a role of consolidation between various teams, audit and providing
strategic direction to the design.
Setup frameworks, controls and checkpoints during the life cycle of the projects to manage scale and
bring in predictability to the product.
Who are we looking for?
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Additional certifications in project management, sustainability, or real estate development are
advantageous.
Experience:
Experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong
track record of leading large-scale real estate projects in metro cities.
Experience in a senior leadership role, such as AVP, Director, or Head of
Architecture is preffered.
Experience or interest in working on diverse and inclusive projects that cater to different segments
and needs of the society.
Skills:
Ability to present and communicate their design vision and rationale to internal and external
stakeholders, such as senior management, clients, and partners.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Strong strategic planning and project management abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp).
In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to think creatively and solve complex design problems.
Licensure:
Professional Architect License (RA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Membership in professional organizations (e.g., AIA, RIBA) is advantageous.
