We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and people-oriented interns to support our hiring operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with candidates, possess strong communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment. The role provides hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment process management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Understand job requirements, hiring mandates, and candidate expectations across different functions and departments.
- Evaluate applications received through various job portals and sourcing channels and shortlist suitable candidates based on predefined criteria.
- Connect with candidates through calls, messages, and emails to explain job opportunities and assess their interest and suitability.
- Perform high-volume calling (100-120 calls daily) to schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases, interview trackers, and hiring reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Follow up regularly with candidates to maximize interview attendance and improve joining ratios.
- Achieve daily productivity and recruitment targets while maintaining professional and positive candidate interactions.
- Ensure timely updates of candidate statuses and recruitment activities in internal systems and trackers.
- Support recruitment operations and other hiring-related activities as assigned by the team.
