This role works closely with the Recruiting Specialist and Operations team to keep clear communication with new hires at every step. The Recruiting Coordinator connects with every candidate in the pipeline using three points of contact: text, phone, and email. All candidate activity is managed in our ATS system (SAP SuccessFactors) and tracked in internal trackers using Excel or Microsoft Lists.
Responsibilities
Candidate Movement (Offer Letter to Training)
Track each new hire in detail, from offer acceptance to the start of training.
Make sure all pre-employment activities are completed on time for a smooth hiring process.
Follow up with candidates who are stuck because they have not completed a required action item.
Background Check and Drug Test
Schedule background checks and drug screenings for each candidate.
Escalate background check results that need a decision to leadership for adjudication.
Once a candidate clears the background check and drug test, move them into onboarding.
Onboarding Support
Help new hires complete onboarding paperwork, including Section 1 of the I-9 form and company policy acknowledgments.
Be a resource for new hires during onboarding, and direct them to the right department for questions about benefits, payroll, and more.
Coordinate fingerprinting and training with the Recruiting Specialist and Facilities Administrative team.

Minimum Requirements
Hands-on experience with recruiting ATS systems
Must be detail oriented.
Must have minimum of 1 year of experience in a compliance related role
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate with overall 3 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support Industry preferred
Worked on HRMS applications – Peoplesoft, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
