ROLE OVERVIEW
This role blends high-touch recruiting coordination with hands-on recruiting operations to keep Harvey’s hiring engine running smoothly. You will support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates by owning both the logistics of interview loops and the execution of core workflows in Ashby and Workday. Your work ensures every hiring process runs on time, with clean data and a great candidate and interviewer experience. You will collaborate closely with Talent, People Operations, and Finance to keep recruiting processes consistent, compliant, and scalable as Harvey grows. This is a strong opportunity for someone who loves systems, organization, and partnering cross-functionally to make recruiting more efficient and effective.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recruiting Coordinator (candidate- and recruiter-facing)
- Own end-to-end interview coordination for assigned roles, including scheduling across time zones, managing last-minute changes, and ensuring candidates and interviewers have clear, accurate information.
