About the job

Key responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding handoff for assigned requisitions.

1. Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to define role expectations and priorities.

1. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, databases, and passive talent networks.

1. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fitment and role readiness.

1. Conduct candidate discovery conversations to assess skills, experience, and compliance requirements.

1. Submit shortlisted candidates through ATS/VMS platforms and ensure accurate documentation.

1. Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.

1. Collect and track interview feedback and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.

1. Manage offer coordination and support pre-onboarding activities for selected candidates.

1. Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure continuous hiring readiness.

1. Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs including time-to-submit, responsiveness, and quality standards.

1. Conduct technical screening and assessments where applicable based on role requirements.

1. Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process to ensure positive experience.

1. Support post-deployment check-ins and associate engagement management as required.
