- Write posts and messages that actually get replies and inspire action
- Have real conversations with candidates understand their ambitions, and match them with roles that excite
- Team up with hiring managers not just to fill roles, but to decode what really matters for each hire
- Stay ahead of the curve always learning about startups and market shifts so your sourcing always stays sharp
Who you are:
- You have an MBA or a master's in psychology (full-time only!)
- Your background is in sales, marketing, or recruitment
- You're a natural connector people remember you, and you know how to make an impression
- You're endlessly curious, love reading about startups and business, and stay updated on the latest hiring trends
