Key Responsibilities

1. Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, databases, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.

1. Leverage platforms such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment channels to build talent pipelines.

1. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

1. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

1. Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and recruitment databases.

1. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable US labor laws throughout the hiring process.

1. Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring insights to stakeholders.

1. Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market developments, and sourcing best practices.
