Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, databases, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Leverage platforms such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment channels to build talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and recruitment databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable US labor laws throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market developments, and sourcing best practices.
