About the job
Key responsibilities
- Screen resumes against the criteria provided for each open role
- Call and qualify candidates over the phone, including cold calls to passive candidates
- Speak confidently with candidates and understand their fit, interest, salary, notice period, and availability
- Manage follow-ups with candidates and clients through to closure
- Own your hiring pipeline and chase every role to closure against targets
- Keep candidate trackers updated with status, feedback, and next steps
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates show up on time
- Work closely with the team and follow the recruitment playbook provided

Reliable and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
