The Real Estate Assistant Sales Manager will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, conducting property evaluations, and facilitating successful transactions in the Bangalore residential market.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from property owners and buyers.
- Conduct property visits and evaluate residential properties.
- Explain Ivy Homes' property buying and selling model to customers.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, brokers, and buyers.
- Negotiate property prices and facilitate deal closures.
- Coordinate documentation, registration, and transaction processes.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Required Skills
- Strong skills in lead generation, site visits, and client handling.
- Good understanding of Bangalore residential real estate market.
- Experience in property negotiations and deal closures.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and property documentation preferred.
