A Channel Sales Executive in real estate is responsible for driving property sales by building and managing a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate agents. The role focuses on partner acquisition, relationship management, and coordinating site visits to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Partner Acquisition: Identify, source, and onboard new channel partners, real estate agents, and consultants to expand the sales network.Relationship Management: Develop long-term, profitable relationships with existing brokers. Act as the primary point of contact for project information, inventory availability, and pricing.Generation: Motivate channel partners to prioritize and push your companys projects to prospective buyers. Visit Support: Coordinate and assist partners in executing client site visits, delivering project presentations.Closure: Support partners in negotiations, deal structuring, and aligning customer expectations with company policies. Market Intelligence: Monitor local real estate market trends, gather intelligence on competitor projects, and track competitor broker schemes. Engagement Activities: Organize broker meets, promotional events, and project launch previews to keep partners engaged.CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of partner networks, leads, and closures using CRM software. Track performance metrics and report directly to senior management.
