Job DescriptionThe Real Estate Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property needs, and present suitable residential and commercial offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, managing inquiries, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through the entire transaction cycle from initial contact to closing.The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, project inventory, pricing, and financing options, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The consultant will also participate in sales meetings, trainings, and promotional activities to drive business growth and uphold Yhataw Realtys service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage walk-in customer inquiries.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels.
- Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits to clients.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Must have 3 years of Real Estate Experience in Gurgaon.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
